Arabs are the best at showing off no doubt, but do their police have to go around with so much swag? Sporting Ferrari and Lamborghini because Sedan cars are too boring or mainstream, the Dubai Police Department’s fleet of expensive, striking and attractive cars aren’t news flash anymore. But Dubai has never actually flaunted the fleet in high-quality cinematic style until now. There is no problem catching criminals here instead, the criminals are in trouble because they might never be able to succeed without being caught. Well, it’s no shock that the Dubai’s police would drive some of the world’s most extravagant and expensive cars, after all, its inhabitants are famous for their flashy lifestyle and use of extravagant pets in their homes as well. Also, the country is home to the world’s tallest building, the world’s largest shopping mall, and the biggest man-made archipelago, so they can continue to bring it on.
Recently the Emirate police department deviated from the norm and took things quite differently by releasing a YouTube video clip titled “Luxurious Super Patrol Cars for a Luxurious City.” What a name! Anyway, what stood out for me in the video wasn’t the cars but the style used in its making which depicts nothing short of brilliance and careful weaving of the police cars. This leaves a good impression that chances are crimes in Dubai will be reduced to about zero soon. The video ends at the Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain where police cars were gathering for a late night photo with the public. Even under the bright lights of Dubai’s shimmering skyscrapers, the fleet of exotics cars still manages to put on quite an amazing machine cruising show.
Now watch the video below to see the fleet in a series of incredibly choreographed driving maneuvers, set before the brightly lit Dubai skyline by the Department. After watching this video you might as well call it Fast and Furious 8
Note that cars making an appearance include the following:
- Bugatti 16.4 Veyron
- McLaren MP4-12C
- Ferrari FF
- Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG
- BMW M6
- Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4
- Nissan GT-R
- Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG Brabus
- Audi R8
- Bentley Continental GT
More amazingly, the Dubai Police didn’t make use of all their expensive and luxurious fleet of cars. Example, their Aston Martin One-77, Lexus RC-F, Ford Mustang GT, and Chevrolet Camaro SS didn’t make it into the video.
The Dubai police department has one of the coolest and nicest police cars in the world. Just picture these fleet of cars in a high-speed chase, you will agree with me that the sight will be an amazing one to behold — but have in mind that this isn’t really their reason. It is rather for the Dubai Police to use these cars in improving the services of police department to the citizens of the emirate and to gain potential recruits as well.
